✓  Families should have received an email confirming their showtime. Please check with the front desk or your teacher if you have a question about which showtime is correct for your dancer.

✓  Arrive on time during your assigned time frame with your first costume on and a cover-up over your costume.  A great cover-up is an oversized button-up shirt.

✓  There will be warm-ups with the students to make sure they are ready to perform.

SEATING

Doors to the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. If you have someone in a wheelchair, please see an usher for assistance. We would be happy to seat them 45 minutes before the show.

Don’t Forget: Seating is General Admission – which means first come, first served. There are no saving seats at the recital!

Parents, this is a busy time for staff. Please be respectful of all studio requests so that the performance is enjoyable for all.

All adults and children will be asked to leave the auditorium if they enter before the designated time.

Any personal belongings (jackets, programs, purses) left in the auditorium will be removed before doors open.

Each show is approximately 2 hours of amazing kids who have all worked so hard this year!  They are so excited to show you what they have learned!!!

NO PHOTOS or VIDEO RECORDING AT RECITAL

Please enjoy the performance—without your phone in hand!
For the safety of our dancers and the enjoyment of everyone in the audience, we kindly ask that you do not take videos or flash photos during the performance. Raised phones can distract the performers, obstruct the view for others, and—even unintentionally—create safety hazards on stage.

We know how special this moment is, and we’ve got you covered with a professional videographer capturing every step beautifully. So sit back, relax, and take it all in—your dancer will love seeing your smiling face in the audience, not a phone screen!

Thank you for your cooperation.

CHECK-IN and CHECK OUT

When you arrive, please have ONE parent or guardian enter with your dancer into the building. You will be checked in alphabetically by dancer last name. We thank you in advance for leaving the best phone number to reach you.

AFTER THE SHOW...

We are grateful that so many dance families choose our studio. With so many students and eager audience members, the auditorium hallways and cafeteria can be VERY CROWDED places after the shows.

It is imperative to ask your friends and family to please NOT GATHER near the CHECK OUT AREA. We need as much space as possible to safely and efficiently deliver your child to you after the show to allow for dancer checkout.  Please have family and friends wait by our photo booth area.

Due to crowds, please have the SAME Adult who checked in the dancer be the one lined up for check out.  Thank you in advance for waiting your turn in line.

Follow the signs to meet your child at Check Out. Every child will have a card with their emergency contact from check in. At Check Out we will return the card to the parent. Thank you for making sure you receive your child's emergency contact card at check out.

Once ONE ADULT has picked up your dancer, dancers can greet family and friends in another area.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during the checkout, as this is for the safety of our dancers. Please allow us to properly care for your children.

IN BETWEEN SHOWS

We have many dancers who perform in both Saturday shows, however, our staff and volunteers are not available to stay and no supervision is provided between shows. Dancers will not be allowed to wait in the dressing rooms between shows. All dancers must check out at the end of the performance.
