At Bellevue Dance Academy, our mission is to teach excellence through dance, develop strong minds and open hearts, and create passionate dancers. We believe great dance education goes beyond steps—it builds confidence, discipline, artistry, and character.

We are always looking to connect with skilled, dedicated, and growth-minded dance educators who share this philosophy and want to make a meaningful impact through teaching.

Who We’re Looking For…

We are seeking dance educators who:

  • Have strong technical training and performance experience

  • Are passionate about teaching and mentoring young dancers

  • Value professionalism, preparation, and consistency

  • Foster confidence, discipline, and creativity in their students

  • Communicate clearly with families and staff

  • Believe dance education should nurture both skill and heart

Educators with teaching experience are preferred, but strong performers transitioning into teaching are encouraged to apply.

Teaching opportunities…

Positions may include:

  • Recreational dance classes

  • Competition team instruction and choreography (Electrix & ACE)

  • Performance Company direction

  • Theater or musical theater programs

  • Specialty workshops and guest teaching

  • Substitute teaching opportunities
